Privacy Policy
At Tarot Liza we have a strict privacy policy. I do NOT sell your email address to third parties, ever. YOU are a valued member of the Tarot Liza Community and will always be treated as such. Terms for Online Readings
First and foremost, in accordance with the law, I do not give medical, legal or financial advice, as I am not licensed to do so, and must refer you to a qualified licensed professional in one of those areas should you find that your question is beyond the scope of what a Tarot reading can do for you. Your reading should not substitute for professional advice in one of these areas.
I also do not do "third party readings", meaning they are primarily focused on someone else's thoughts or intents, which can be considered snooping in most cases.
I take no responsibility for choices you make and/or actions taken based on your tarot reading. A Tarot reading is not a substitute for personal responsibility in all decisions and actions. In the end, Free Will remains, as always, with you.
I will work to help you re-phrase any question you have to be in alignment with my Code of Ethics, which you can read below, and help you get the most out of your reading. I will consult with you to make sure we have a good question and a clear direction before I begin your reading.
Once you make your payment using the PayPal button, and send me your request, I will confirm the request within 48 and perform the reading within 5 days or less, depending on the number requests I have at the time. I will return your reading to you using the email you provide in your request, in a Word document with a picture of the cards drawn for you to reference as you like. I use the Universal Waite Smith deck.
You will have the opportunity to ask clarification questions about the reading, and the cards that have been drawn for you. I will do my best to make sure that you fully understand the cards that I have pulled for you, however I do not pull additional cards. If you would like to explore another topic, or find that your reading leads you to new questions, you are welcome to book another reading with me.
The Tarot Liza Code of Ethics
- I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.
- I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.
- I will represent honestly my Tarot qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of certification and experience.
- I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law
- I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide.
- I will discuss and agree upon all fees (if any) with my clients in advance. Should a client wish to proceed beyond the originally agreed arrangement, all additional fees (if any) will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before proceeding.
- I will not perform third party readings, or otherwise read about a person who is not present or has not given their express consent.
- I do not read for anyone under the age of 18 without express parental consent.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website and any service or material we provide on the Website in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users.

Refunds
Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis. If your reading has not yet been performed, and a clear and ethical question cannot be devised, I will be happy to refund your money to you.
Once the question has been clearly identified and the reading performed, I will not be able to offer a refund. It takes a good amount of time and work to perform an in-depth reading, and I stand by my work. I will do my best to answer any questions you have regarding your reading and the cards drawn.
Refunds for courses are offered on a case-by-case basis. You must demonstrate that you have done the work in the course as outlined to qualify for a full refund.
Use Of Templates And Forms
The Company provides various templates and/or forms for download and/or sale on this Website. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates and/or forms for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the templates and/or forms in any manner, except for modifications in filling out the templates and/or forms for your authorized use.
